Gk9 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the gk9 platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This current version supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the gk9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to discontinue use of this platform.
Use of the gk9 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority under the laws of your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are not located in any jurisdiction where access to this platform or online betting activities is prohibited by law.
- You are registering and using this platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You acknowledge that online betting involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.
Gk9 reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the account of any user who does not meet the above eligibility requirements at any time without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Identity Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. gk9 may request identity verification documents at any time to meet compliance requirements. Accounts registered with false or incomplete information may be suspended or terminated without warning.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the gk9 support team immediately.
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the gk9 platform for any illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities. The use of automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate games or bonus systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of the account balance.
Regional Restrictions
The gk9 platform is available only to users located in regions where the service is permitted under local law. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of this platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. gk9 is not liable for any violations of local law by users.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on the gk9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and obtained through legitimate means.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method. Current limits are displayed on the platform's deposit page.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. gk9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method, typically between one and three business days for standard bank transfers.
- Gk9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals that raise suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms while an internal investigation is conducted.
- Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
4. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
Gk9 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including betting losses, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding continuity of service.
Gk9's maximum liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the gk9 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of gk9 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.
Unauthorised use of gk9's brand name, logos, or trademarks for any purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Services
The gk9 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment gateways, and analytics providers. gk9 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or content of any such third-party websites or services. Your access to third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
5. Account Suspension, Termination & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Termination Policy
Gk9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, the user's own request, or compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
If your account is terminated due to a breach, gk9 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus balances or credits in your account. For accounts closed at the user's own request with no breach of terms, any withdrawable cash balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to These Terms
Gk9 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the gk9 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate arbitration or court process.
